1. How many lodges do you have and what’s the difference between them?

We currently have three lodges, each designed with comfort and style in mind. Every lodge includes modern amenities, a private outdoor space, and stunning countryside views. The main differences are in size, layout, and the number of bedrooms, so you can choose the one that best suits your group.

2. What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 4pm on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 10am on your departure day. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

3. Do the lodges have hot tubs?

Yes! Each lodge has its own private hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the local area. The hot tubs are maintained daily to ensure enjoyment for guests and will be ready on arrival. On the rare occasion the hot tub is not ready for 4pm check in we will let you know as early as possible.

4. Are pets allowed?

As much as we love all animals, our lodges are pet free for the comfort of all guests.

5. Is there Wi-Fi available?

Yes, all lodges include free Wi-Fi. However, as we’re in a rural location, speeds can vary.

6. Do you provide bed linen and towels?

Absolutely. All lodges come fully equipped with bed linen, towels and robes.

7. What is your cancellation policy?

If a booking is cancelled more than 14 days before arrival then a full refund is given. If a booking is cancelled more than 7 days before arrival, then a 50% refund is given.

If a booking is cancelled 48 hours before then no refund will be given unless we receive another booking for that time.

8. How far are the lodges from local shops and attractions?

The lodges are just a short drive from local shops, pubs, and attractions. We’ll provide you with a welcome pack that includes recommendations for places to visit and things to do during your stay.

9. Is there parking available?

Yes, each lodge has its own private parking space, with extra parking available if needed.

10. How do I book a lodge?

You can book directly through our website by selecting your preferred dates and lodge. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone or email if you have any questions before booking.
